Meet
Dr. Stan Ward
Hi, I’m Stan Ward—a husband, dad, leadership coach, trainer, and proud author. Over the last decade, I’ve been dedicated to helping high-performing leaders thrive in demanding, high-pressure environments.
I specialize in guiding leaders and their teams to reduce stress, navigate conflicts, and beat burnout, all while driving positive and lasting change within their organizations. My coaching and training programs are designed to create healthier, more productive workplaces where people not only achieve their goals but also feel valued and fulfilled.
I’ve developed a practical, no-nonsense approach to leadership that helps eliminate false beliefs about what it means to lead. Why is that important? Because those false ideas often lead to self-sabotaging behaviors that hold both leaders and teams back.
By addressing these challenges head-on, I can help you and your team unlock potential, improve collaboration, and focus on what truly matters. Together, we’ll pave the way for success that’s not just impactful—but sustainable.
Ready to Lead Well and Live Well?
My Story
Between 2007 - 2015, I faced significant stress challenges that affected my health and my ability to lead effectively, leading to years of digestive issues. After two years of chronic pain, struggling to eat solid food and intestinal blockages, I was examined at the Mayo Clinic, where they challenged me to explore how I was managing my stress.
At first, I thought, “I don’t have a stress problem. I get stuff done!” But later, I realized that it was my total lack of awareness of how stress was impacting my body that led to my health issues.
As burnout became more and more of a challenge for leaders, I began to focus on addressing that issue based on both my personal experience and my research on effective leadership.
Over time, I’ve learned core skills for managing stress, resolving conflict, and beating burnout, and creating sustainable positive changes that I want to share with you. That way you can “lead well and live well.”
