How to Give Clear, Concise, Meaningful, and Effective Feedback
Instead of the "build, burn, build" model for feedback, leaders should use the Situation, Behavior, Impact model and clarify the type of feedback they are giving.
Don’t try to turn weaknesses into strengths.
